Although Parga and surrounding lands were once ordered to be destroyed, now it has been granted to the Venetians. In spite of this, the sancakbey of Delvine and his men have been attacking the Venetians lands and enslaving Venetian subject that they encounter. Recently they attacked these lands again and enslaved many Venetian. They killed one and sold the other to the ağa of Preveze. The Ottoman officials are ordered to stop them and free and return the Venetians that were enslaved and sold.
